I've tried just about all the applications on the marketplace and I found Journler was just what I was looking for, and it is free to boot. I have not looked at Yojimbo for several months so it might do this, but because Journler integrates w/ iLife so that make organization of photos really easy.

It's great, once you get kanoodled to work exactly the way you want it to. Which is what is so great about it.
